We are looking for a fun, friendly Dance coach who is full of energy, professional and loves working with children. We are looking for someone who shares our passion, our drive and our values.
We pride ourselves on delivering elite, high energy, fun and engaging dance sessions to children aged 2 - 12 years. Currently our dance sessions are mainly delivered in Nurseries and we are now expanding into Primary schools. We deliver sports sessions also and so if you have experience of delivering Dance and Sports please do let us know in your application.
**Candidates must have a form of coaching experience within this age range**
We feel passionately that every child should be able to have fun and learn within a safe, welcoming and friendly environment.
We work in the following areas and surrounding - Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Bromley, Beckenham & Biggin Hill.
A typical day will involve travelling between sessions.
The Role:
- To plan and deliver high quality, fun sessions in schools and nurseries
- To engage all children in an energetic way, ensuring they leave having loved the session
- To take the register and dismiss children at the end of the session
- To liaise effectively with other staff members and parents in a respectful, professional manner to ensure the smooth running of the session
- To deal with behaviour in a friendly way and inline with our policies and procedures
- To create a safe, caring and welcoming environment for all children to enjoy dance
- Keeping the work environment healthy, safe and secure
- Working within the framework of the company's policies and procedures
- Initially this role will be a self employed position
Days / Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm. Part Time - Monday - Friday 3 - 5pm
Pay: After initial training period, pay is open to discussion dependent on experience and skill set
