Technology Solutions & Services (TSS) is a key function within Informa’s fifth division - Global Support – which provides business services and function-specific expertise to our four commercial divisions.

TSS has responsibility for key enterprise technology disciplines that underpin day to day business operations including Strategy & Technology Change, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Technology, Customer Technology, Technology Operations, and Information Security.  

Job Description

Informa is going through an exciting period of change with a roadmap for the modernisation of legacy services whilst developing new platforms, solutions and techniques that support our business’ digital agenda and diverse customer landscape. We recognise the need for change and have a good understanding of where we need to get to.

Our Change Excellence team partners with and assists regional market leaders in successfully defining, implementing, and embedding their change agenda. Together, we seek to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major Tech-enabled transformation programmes, driving effective change management strategies and the realisation of benefits.

As the Change Manager, you will lead the empowerment of colleagues to embrace the changes introduced through strategic transformation initiatives, driving adoption of the processes, tools, and ways of working. You will have the opportunity to lead the engagement, and ongoing embedding and adoption of our Gen AI too, Elysia and other AI initiatives.
