Certification Officer
Job description:
We are looking for a certification officer to join our office team within our metallurgical laboratory who will have excellent communication skills and upbeat personality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to projects undertaken by the company including common office tasks and the generation of test certificates using collective laboratory data.
- Maintain polite & professional assistance via phone and email to assist customers with daily enquires.
- Adhere to strict deadlines to maintain a consistent workflow.
- Organise and manage files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate paperwork for visiting inspectors to complete.
- Greet, liaise & assist with visitors.
Key skills required :
- Attention to detail is a must as accuracy when generating test certificates is paramount.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics, English and chemistry is required.
- Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with customers and visitors.
- You must have experience with computers including email and word documents.
- You must be able to work as part of a team.
Working Hours & Pay
You will be required to work 5 days a week.
Monday - Friday
8.30am – 5.30pm
Pay negotiable on experience + monthly bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
