Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Catering Assistant to join our kitchen team at Moorland Junior School. The role involves supporting the catering team in preparing the food and serving the students.
Role is term time only Monday to Friday, 17.5 hours a week 10:30am to 2pm
Duties
- Assist with food preparation & serve lunch
- Support the catering team with any ad-hoc tasks as required
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the catering area
Requirements
- Experience in a catering environment is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
