We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Events and Room Service Server - Casual to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As an Events and Room Service Server - Casual you will:
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service
- Excel in communication and thrive on interactions
- Serve food and beverages with passion
- Share menu knowledge and assist with recommendations and requests
- Accurately record transactions in the MICROS system
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
Our most successful Events and Room Service Server - Casual is someone who has:
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role
- Previous experience in busy luxury/lifestyle hotel
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- Enjoys working in a team
- Lot of energy
