The Lord Crewe Arms are actively seeking individuals to join our excellent front of house team, if you’re an early riser who loves making people feel welcome, we’d love to have you on the team!
The Role:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, juices
- Promptly take orders and serve breakfast dishes in accordance with hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and service areas at all times
- Monitor and replenish buffet stations and beverage supplies to ensure consistent availability
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient breakfast service
- Have a thorough knowledge of the breakfast menu and any special dietary options available
- Uphold the hotel’s high standards, policies, and service procedures
- Ensure tables and dining areas, both inside and outside, meet presentation and hygiene standards
- Maintain effective communication with your line manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations
