This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and established team. The role is the primary admistrative position in the service and the responsibilities will include keeping records up to date and supporting a team of casework officers by managing their work flow.
You will be speaking directly with members of the public over the phone to establish their situation and will have a natural professional curiosity that will enable you to direct people into the correct service for support.
The current team members and the manager have years of experience and can support training in terms of housing knowledge although it would be beneficial to have an understanding of social housing or support in housing. This is an office based role with some ability to work from home periodically.
