- Part-time contracted 07:00 - 14:00 (Over a 2-week rota: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; followed by Wed, Thu, Fri)
- Part-time contracted 16.00 - 22:00 (Over a 2-week rota: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; followed by Wed, Thu, Fri)
- Part-time contracted 09.00-15.00 (Over a 2-week rota: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; followed by Wed, Thu, Fri)

Role Overview: EMCAS Care Support Worker
As a Care Support Worker, you will deliver exceptional care in the homes of our service users, following their personalised care plans to meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (washing, shaving, bathing, dental, assistance with dressing, and toilet needs).
- Assist with and administer medications according to care plans.
- Support meal preparation, eating, and hydration, including recording fluid and nutrition as needed.
- Ensure safe moving and handling of service users around their homes.
- Perform household chores (changing linen, emptying bins, washing dishes) to maintain a hygienic living environment.
- Engage service users in stimulating conversation and encourage daily activities for mental engagement.
- Support Care Workers or Senior Carers when additional assistance is needed.
- Record all care activities using the CareBerry App.
- Report any safeguarding concerns to the Duty On-Call as per EMCAS policy.
- Adhere to EMCAS policies and procedures and operate within the scope of your role.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Safe handling and administration of medication
