Hours: Full time role working 40 hours a week
Pay: We pay excellent salary of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum

Key responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate care services for our clients.
- Liaise between clients, caregivers, and family members.
- Support caregivers and ensure excellent care standards.
- Sharing on call with our office team.
- To be included in the care rosters
- Advantage of knowing Careplanner / Nourish system and Rostering experience would be an advantage
