Your Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Administer medication as prescribed, following proper protocols.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain accurate care records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, contributing to a clean and safe living space.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with errands as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and reliability in meeting the needs of clients.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- A valid driving licence may be required for home care roles.
