Care Assistants - Zero Hour Contract
We have an exciting opportunity for Care Assistants to join our dedicated team at Highfield House Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in a nurturing environment.
Offering a zero hour contract, hourly rate of £12.75 or £13.25 (if you are medication trained).
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and general hygiene.
- Provide personalised care and support to a diverse group of residents, including those with alzheimer’s, dementia, epilepsy, and sensory impairments.
- Maintain confidential and accurate records in care plans.
- Engage residents in activities like reading, writing, hobbies, and friendly conversations to promote mental and physical well-being.
- Foster good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors, creating a supportive environment for everyone.
