We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Sansa (RG21 3DT). Sansa is a Residential Home with 5 beds. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, while also requiring you to drive people we support as part of their care and routine.
Shift Pattern:
- 20 hours weekly
- 9:30am-8pm
Week 1 – Mon Tues
Week 2 – Wed Thurs
Requirements:
- A full UK manual driver’s license
- Held your UK license for at least 2 years
- 25 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
- Confident and comfortable driving – Manual 7 seater Minibus
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence
- Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities
- Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings
- Building positive relationships with those you support
- Maintaining accurate care records
