We’re now looking for a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team — someone who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys building relationships, and understands what it means to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client consultations and support the vehicle sales process
- Provide exceptional service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Oversee administrative tasks related to sales and customer records
- Coordinate custom vehicle orders and aftersales requests
- Handle post-sale support, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy, and professionalism
About You:
- Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service (automotive or luxury retail preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
- Well-organised, with a strong attention to detail
- Confident, polished, and customer-focused
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Competent with computer systems and standard office tools
