We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Campaign Manager to join our Media Client Services team. This role will focus on supporting the smooth coordination and campaign delivery of multiple in-store media campaigns as well as assisting with campaign allocation and workflow management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail media environment and enjoy collaborating with various teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to client brief.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance
- Supporting the growth of dunnhumby’s media business, ensuring revenues are maximised whilst adhering to agreed channel principles
- Manage and execute the end-to-end delivery of all relevant CPG funded campaigns as booked for allocated CPG clients
- Support Commercial and Clients to drive efficiency and deliver best in class campaigns
- Capacity Management and Resource Allocation:
- Support Senior Campaign Managers in managing team capacity and campaign allocation using our workflow management system (Monday.com) and other tools to ensure campaigns can be accepted across POS, Radio and Digital.
- Utilise our workflow data to support in driving efficiencies across projects, clients and media channels
People
- Establish close working relationships with relevant Media Sales and with allocated Clients, ensuring that all parties are familiar with, and adhering to, Campaign and Channel guidelines
- Attend relevant internal, client, and supplier meetings as appropriate
- Support in specified Store media channel meetings ensuring that opportunities are understood and optimised
Process
- Co-ordinate and manage all key tasks and sub-tasks of allocated CPG campaigns, working effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign work continues without pause or delay.
- To ensure that all allocated Campaign booking information and assets are reviewed for accuracy and completeness, returning those requiring rework, and processing those that are at the required standard
- To ensure that all Campaign bookings comply with channel guidelines
- Manage the approval and amendment process with CPG clients ensuring that changes are accurately captured and processed, that timelines are adhered to and the CPG client expectations are managed effectively
- Be an expert in Campaign and Channel guideline, ensuring that all changes or enhancements are shared with Media Planning and allocated CPG clients
- Identify and suggest improvements to the current processes that could positively change the way that we work internally.
