What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, handling each with care, respect, and professionalism.
- Book appointments, log calls accurately, and gather key patient or customer details.
- Provide reassurance and clarity, keeping callers informed every step of the way.
- Work collaboratively with your team and shift managers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Keep up with required training and support the team as needed during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and make sound decisions.
- Empathy and sensitivity toward people from diverse backgrounds and situations.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
