The Business Coordinator will support management in achieving operational goals and enhancing overall productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain organised records and files, both digital and physical.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Assist with handover documentation collation and auditing.
- Handle phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate training, monitor and plan training renewal and updates.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability in data entry and maintaining organised records.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with general clerical duties and office procedures.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
