Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services while efficiently managing your time and responsibilities.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Take tea & coffee orders
- Set up our continental breakfast spread(you will be shown)
- Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs, providing assistance as required.
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently while adhering to basic maths skills for accurate transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and helping others within the establishment.
