The Role:

As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience during breakfast service in our award-winning Ballroom. You’ll be a natural communicator, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to maintain our high service standards. Working as part of a vibrant, energetic team, you’ll help ensure every guest’s breakfast experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service during breakfast, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
- Assist in delivering high-quality food and beverage service across all hotel and spa areas, focusing primarily on the Ballroom during breakfast service.
- Set up and clear tables, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining areas.
- Run a section in the Ballroom, and assist in additional dining areas during Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch, and Dinner services.
- Prepare for events or functions by following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring all setup procedures are followed with precision.
- Ensure proper compliance with health and safety standards, dress codes, and service procedures at all times.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly or escalate as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Undertake training sessions to refresh and expand your skill set as required.

- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality roles is a plus but not essential.
- Experience handling large volume covers is beneficial.
- Food safety training is an advantage.
Shift Pattern:
- Breakfast shift pattern: Flexible hours, with the earliest start at 6am and the latest finish at 6pm.
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available (1 full time, 40 hours per week role; and 2 part time 20-25 hours per week)
- Full flexibility is key, as you may be required to work as necessaryto meet the team and business requirements.
