Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Breakfast cook. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently during our breakfast service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a keen understanding of food safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report any shortages to management.
- Provide support in serving meals as required, ensuring an excellent breakfast experience for customers.
- Helping organising and putting stock away.
Experience
- Previous kitchen experience is essential, with a focus on food preparation and cooking.
- Culinary experience or relevant qualifications in hospitality
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is required.
- Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, showcasing the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
