Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our messaging aligns with overall marketing goals while fostering a vibrant online community.
Duties
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and implement monthly social media calendars and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging
- Monitor analytics and report on engagement, growth, and ROI
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and community members
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
Experience
- Proven experience in branding, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of visual branding, tone of voice, and storytelling
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse performance and adjust strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in growing and engaging online communities
- Creative thinker with a passion for content and culture
Nice to Have
- Experience in paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
- Background in lifestyle, tech, fashion, or startup environments

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
