Hours: 35 per week (your shifts will be either 07:00-14:30, 08:00-15:30 or 09:00-16:30)
Are you detail-driven, data-savvy, and ready to play a key role in a busy production team? We're looking for a Booking-In Assistant to join our dedicated Volume Production team in Gateshead.
In this vital role, you'll support the smooth and accurate input of information to help create accessible, alternative format products. From data entry and document processing to working with Microsoft Office and in-house systems, your precision and organisation will help keep our production line running seamlessly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately input, process and manage confidential data
- Use Microsoft Access, Word and Excel to support production tasks
- Meet tight production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Liaise professionally with internal and external customers
- Support team members and help train others where needed
- Prepare, verify and process digital files for production
- Ensure all data handling meets strict privacy protocols
