We are now recruiting for a Booking Agent to join our Allied Autocare department.
You will organise and operate the customer service function, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained through proactive and reactive vehicle service bookings.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm and the salary is £26,208k per annum + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:
- Organise and process yearly vehicle service appointments in order to meet KPIs
- Execute outbound calls in order to manage and book fleet services and new customer bookings
- Effectively prioritise customer interactions including messages via telephone, email or web to enhance the customer experience
- To ensure that Service customers receive prompt, courteous and effective repair of their vehicles within the guideline of the policies and procedures of the Company and Manufacturer
- To liaise with the Mobile Technician regarding the most effective way of carrying out the work required, taking account of the skills of the workforce, the priorities of the business and the cost implications
- To ensure all work is correctly invoiced and payment received, handling customer queries courteously and within company policy at all times
To be effective in this role, you will have:
- Service centre experience
- A basic understanding of information technology
- Verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience of working in a contact centre environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
