Main Responsibilities- Utilise as-constructed information (including redline drawings, As-built survey verification reports, 2D/3D survey line work, survey point cloud, etc) captured from the site and survey teams to validate, verify and update the as-built 3D model (and drawings as appropriate)
- Work collaboratively with the SCS BIM Asset Information Lead and corresponding WDU Asset Information Coordinator to ensure alignment between the graphic and non-graphical data
- Liaise with external suppliers to capture updates to supplier models to incorporate and federate in the SCS as-built models.
- Support the WDU Area BIM Lead, SCS As-Built Lead and BIM Team with implementation of the as-built proces
- Collaborate with the Survey, Engineering, Construction and other teams (including Supply Chain) to ensure the smooth implementation of the as-built process (including redline process), providing support where required
- Support the Area Team with CAD production requirements, as required
- Experience with 3D CAD modelling, preferably within the Bentley environment, e.g. AECOsim, Microstation, Open Building Designer (OBD) and ProjectWise (required)
- Experience with other 3D BIM software (Revit, Solibri, Navisworks etc) (advantageous)
- Experience of utilising point cloud tools within the 3D modelling environment (desired

The Skanska | Costain | STRABAG (SCS JV) is delivering the HS2 London Tunnels Contract. Scope of works includes twin-bored tunnels (TBM), SCL tunnels, shaft sinking, bridge demolition and reconstruction, services diversions, earthworks and the construction of site compounds.
