Collaboration: Work closely with Directors, Operations Managers, Estimators, Commercial team, and subject matter experts to gather technical, commercial, and operational input for each submission. Foster a collaborative approach to ensure proposals reflect Dodd Group’s collective expertise and capabilities, and a synergy between the commercial and quality elements of the bids.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all proposals adhere to client specifications, industry standards, and legislative requirements (e.g., Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Data Protection). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practice.

Continuous Improvement: Work with the Bid Manager to analyse feedback from previous bids, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practice processes to enhance future submissions. Work with the Knowledge Manager to maintain a library of standard responses, case studies, and evidence to streamline the bid process.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and persuasive manner.

Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.

High attention to detail and meticulous proofreading skills with a commitment to producing work of the highest quality.

In return:

You will be working for a company who will offer you a structured opportunity to progress your career and offer continued support and training.
