Are you a skilled Bench Hand Joiner with a passion for precision craftsmanship? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our workshop team, producing high-end bespoke furniture including kitchens, wardrobes, and fitted interiors.
About the Role:
Working from detailed technical drawings, you'll be responsible for manufacturing bespoke joinery to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of materials, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and fitted furniture in a workshop environment
- Read and work from CAD drawings and cutting lists
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assemble components and prepare items for finishing and installation
- Work closely with designers and site fitters to ensure a seamless process from workshop to installation
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, upholding all health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bench joiner, ideally within a bespoke or high-end environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Skilled in using woodworking machinery (e.g., panel saws, edgebanders, planers) and hand tools
- High attention to detail and pride in producing flawless work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
