Overview
We are seeking a all-round Beautician to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have had 2 years of experience as a Beautician and are competent in nails, waxing and brows.
We are looking for a Part-Time Beautician to work Tuesdays, Saturdays and potentially a late (8pm) on a Wednesday.
We offer rent a room or 50/50.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest services effectively. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while providing exceptional beauty treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of beauty services including Nails, Brows and Waxing.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Engage in social media management to promote services and attract new clients.
- Upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas and front desk.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to understand client needs and preferences.
Experience
- Proven experience in the beauty industry for 2 years with skills in Nails, Waxing and Brows.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
