Your Mission as BDR Manager
As our BDR Manager, you’ll own the top of the funnel. You’ll lead, coach, and scale a team of high-performing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are the first point of contact for prospects across outbound and inbound channels.
You’ll build a high-energy, high-output environment where pipeline generation becomes a predictable machine. With a sharp focus on quality conversations and sales-qualified meetings, you’ll play a pivotal role in fuelling our Senior Sales Executives with opportunities to win - and ultimately drive revenue for Klipboard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire our team of BDRs to consistently exceed KPIs across outreach, meetings booked, and opportunity creation
- Hire, onboard, and coach new BDRs with a structured training program and sales playbook
- Monitor performance using CRM and sales enablement tools, delivering real-time feedback and regular 1:1s
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies
- Optimise outreach sequences and workflows across phone, email, LinkedIn, and social platforms
- Analyse data to identify trends, adjust tactics, and report results to the Head of Sales
- Foster a culture of curiosity, learning, energy, and accountability
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 3+ years of BDR or SDR management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing BDRs into top performers (and future AEs)
- Deep understanding of outbound prospecting strategies and demand generation best practices
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and analytics dashboards
- Energetic, inspiring leadership style with a passion for driving performance
- Exceptional communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Data-driven decision making and ability to pivot fast when needed

- Experience in field service software or vertical SaaS
- Built outbound playbooks or demand gen engines from scratch
- Used tools like Intercom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Outreach
