Are you a passionate coffee expert with a flair for training and a love of customer engagement? Coffee Masters is looking for a talented and motivated Barista Trainer to inspire, educate, and represent our brand.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your barista expertise with leadership and customer service skills in a dynamic, growing company known for quality and innovation in the coffee industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging barista training to clients at our Droitwich showroom or at clients’ premises.
- Managing and maintain an attractive, fully stocked, and welcoming showroom space.
- Supporting the sales and marketing teams with demos, events, and promotions.
- Keeping up with industry trends and help expand our drink offerings.
- Creating drinks for content to use on our social media.
- Being a confident ambassador for the Coffee Masters brand, both in person and online.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant previous experience as a barista or in a coffee shop environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A pro-active self-starter who is highly organised, creative, and passionate about coffee.
- A very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and the hospitality sector.
- A full, clean driving licence and the flexibility to travel to client sites when required.
