We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making each guest's experience memorable.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and billing.
- Strong time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for food preparation and an eagerness to learn about menu items.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding guest experiences.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.27 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
