Oliphant & Pomeroy are looking to recruit a first-class team of bright, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to work in our brand new bakery/parlour café in Covent Garden.
Our new site will be opening before Christmas, so successful candidates would be joining an entirely new team, launching our first London flagship.
The role will involve making excellent coffee, serving our award-winning ice cream, baking our award-winning viennoiserie and ensuring all customers have a happy and positive experience whilst visiting us.
Candidates must be hard-working, reliable and honest - available to work weekends and evenings as well as other times during the week.
Ideal candidates would already have an excellent knowledge of food hygiene and allergen regulations. If you have already had Barista training, that would be an advantage, but training will be given in all cases.
Suitable candidates need to be able to work under pressure in an efficient and engaging manner, happy to be part of a busy team able to provide the highest level of customer care. Candidates also need to be able to work independently, show initiative and embrace responsibility.
Rota system to include weekends, bank holidays and school holidays, to be arranged.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
