We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista/Café Assistant to join our small, friendly team in Hartlebury.
You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Daytime hours only, to include weekdays and weekends on a rota basis.
Duties
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
* Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and helping them with their orders.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
* Assist with the end of day cafe clean down.
Experience
* Previous experience in a busy café or similar.
*A positive attitude with a willingness to help both customers and team members alike.
