Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items while providing exceptional customer service. You will create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Duties
- Prepares beverages, maintains table cleanliness, supports outlet hygiene
- Prepare and serve all coffee, tea, and beverages.
- Ensure that sandwiches and salads are presented in accordance with Three sisters' standards and provided pictures.
- Assist in restocking items under branch 1
Manager guidance.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for customers.
- Report any issues or needs to branch 1
Store Coordinator.
- To present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
- To prepare tables
- To inform customers about the day's specials.
- To up-sell additional products when appropriate.
- To take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization
- To resolve customer problems and complaints effectively and amicably
- To follow all relevant health department regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
