We are looking at recruiting hard working team members, with personality and a smile to help maintain our excellent standards of service, ideally with a history in cafe culture.
About the role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic barista to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high quality coffee, exceptional service, and an experience that keeps them coming back!
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers to the café and providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Offering expert advice, recommendations and answering questions about coffee and other drinks.
- Preparing a range of different drinks including espresso, café latte, cappuccino, macchiato, flat white, frappes, milkshakes and more.
- Selling additional products in the cafe.
- Cleaning and maintaining espresso machine and other equipment.
- Cleaning and restocking display cabinets and taking food orders.
- Processing cash and card sales via the POS machine.
- Table service.
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations via allergen awareness and proper food conduct.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £10.00-£13.35 per hour
