We are currently recruiting for two barista positions at our horse box café at The Old Mill in Lower Slaughter — one of the most iconic and picturesque villages in the Cotswolds.
The Old Mill Café is part of The Cotswold Farm, a growing group of farm shop cafés dedicated to serving exceptional coffee, freshly made food, and warm, local hospitality across the region.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, dedicated team delivering high-quality coffee and customer service in a beautiful, high-footfall location popular with both visitors and locals.

We are seeking individuals who are:

- Previous barista experience is preferred, though full training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lower Slaughter GL54: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
