THE ROLE:-

We are seeking a Barista with exceptional standards of service to join our Front of House team.

You will need to be honest, clean, competent and consistently friendly to be the right fit.

Full time or part time availability will be considered.

We are open to flexible working wherever possible to support working families - but weekend availability is mandatory for this role.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:-

Working as part of the front of house team to offer a high quality experience to all our customers
Taking orders, making drinks and delivering orders of the highest quality
Ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
Supporting management with any and all necessary tasks
Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations

ABOUT YOU:-

Experienced working within Hospitality
At least one year's experience serving speciality coffee (including dialling in, pulling shots, steaming and pouring milk)
Able to work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a small team
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Genuine individual who wants to deliver friendly service consistently and is authentically interested in our offering
Knowledge of Patisserie is welcome but not essential as full training will be provided
Calm, kind, honest and consistent
