We are now recruiting for the role of a Barista over the Seasonal Peak. The ideal candidate will have infectious personality and incredible coffee skills to support the General Manager in our busy coffee shop in Liverpool's City Centre.

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
- Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
- Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
Requirements:
- Be organised, hard-working and reliable
- Must be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries
- Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team
- Understanding of food preparation
- Ensuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- To adhere to all company policies and procedures
