We are now recruiting for the role of a Barista. The ideal candidate will have infectious personality and incredible coffee skills to support the General Manager in our busy coffee shop in Harborne, Birmingham.

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible
- Create an environment with your team mates which balances serving the customer and having fun
- Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation
Requirements:
- Be organised, hard-working and reliable
- Must be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries
- Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team
- Understanding of food preparation
- Ensuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- To adhere to all company policies and procedures
