We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing bar operations, ensuring a high standard of food and beverage service, and managing a team of staff to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling stock to minimise waste.
- Train and develop bar staff in food safety practices, cocktail preparation, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative drink menus that complement our food offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
Skills
- Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
