Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team for the restaurant and private events at the manor house. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food safety standards and drink recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of basic maths to handle transactions efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to thrive in a busy environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing top-notch service to guests.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is an advantage but can be learned on the job.
