Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Must be over the age of 18.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills when processing payments.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to licensing laws.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as necessary.
- Opening and closing the premises.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Previous experience in bartending role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

Tuesday 7.30pm-12.00am
Wednesday 7.30pm-12.00am
Thursday 7.30pm-12.00am
Friday 5.00pm-1.00am
Saturday 4.00pm-1.00am
Sunday 12.00pm-12.00am
Shifts available are :
Friday 5.00pm-9.00pm
Saturday 8.00pm-1.00am
