About the Role
We are expanding! As we prepare to launch our new rooftop cocktail bar, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. You’ll play a key role across our rooftop bar and event bar, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced, welcoming environment.
Whether you're pulling espresso shots or pouring spritzes, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something exciting from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service across rooftop bar and events bar operations
- Support bar service: pouring beers, wines, mixers, and serving cocktails
- Keep bar areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly during service
- Handle payments, operate tills, and assist with opening/closing procedures
- Provide a warm welcome and helpful presence for guests across all venue spaces
About You
Must be 18+ (for alcohol service)
Cocktail experience preferred but not essential — we’ll train the right person
Confident, friendly, and proactive with strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment
Flexible with availability — evening and weekend shifts will be required
A team player who thrives on great service and good vibes

Additional Information: This position operates on a zero-hour contract, meaning shift times and frequency will vary. The number of available shifts each month can fluctuate, typically offering less than part-time hours. This role is perfect for individuals seeking additional work on top of existing commitments or those interested in occasional work without the commitment of full-time hours.
