We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional guest services and contributing to a welcoming dining experience.
- Duties
- Serve guests required drinks as per brand standard
- Welcome and seat guests in a courteous manner
- Take and deliver customer orders accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Culinary background or interest is desirable

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
