Job Description:

As a Bar Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class experience to our guests. Your friendly demeanour, impeccable attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our resort's bars. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking orders and serving beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Engaging with guests to provide recommendations and assistance in choosing from our extensive selection of beverages.
  • Preparing and serving cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system accurately.
  • Collaborating with the team to create an enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Staff in a high-end hospitality establishment is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional service.
  • A professional and friendly demeanour, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
