Job Summary
We’re looking for a passionate In-Store Trainer (IST) to develop our team and uphold the high standards that make Red Door legendary. If you love hospitality, have a talent for training, and know how to shake up incredible drinks, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structured training sessions for new and existing bar staff.
- Coach team members on cocktail-making techniques, speed of service, and product knowledge.
- Ensure all bartenders meet and maintain our service and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and ongoing support.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and responsible alcohol service.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve training materials.
- Work closely with management to support team development and succession planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role or strong leadership skills within a bar setting.
- A deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service techniques (essential).
- A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
- The ability to run shifts effectively and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in upselling products and driving sales.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
