Job Title:Bank Care Assistant – Sutton & Surrounding Areas
Hourly Pay:£13.85/hour (plus enhanced bank holiday rates)
Location:Sutton, South London and nearby areas (e.g., Cheam, Carshalton, Wallington, Worcester Parke, Morden,)

About the Role:We are looking for kind, reliable, and flexible care assistants to join our small team on a bank (as-needed) basis, with potential to move into regular part-time hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting elderly and vulnerable adults in their own homes
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Medication support
- Light housework and companionship
- Accurate record-keeping via our electronic system
Shift Patterns:
- Morning, evening, and weekend availability ideal
- Block hours (2+ hours), 30/45 min visits
- Occasional night shifts (sleep-in or waking)
Requirements:
- Previous care experience preferred (not essential if caring and trainable)
- Good spoken and written English
- Must live locally or be able to travel reliably to Sutton and nearby areas
- Right to work in the UK
- Willing to undergo a DBS check and provide 2 references
- Must complete application and health declaration forms
