  • 24 hours per week (shift-based, including early starts, late finishes, night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays)
  • You must be able to arrange your own transport for early/late shifts. Earliest shift is from 0500am, and latest shift finishes by 2300pm, night shift finishes 0630 am
  • Full training provided and uniform provided
  • Candidates will be subject to a Right to Work check & DBS check for this position. - This needs to be added to all templates
  • This is a part time Relief position working 3 out of 4 days between Monday and Thursday, early, late and night shifts.
  • Salary will be paid pro rata based on a 24hr contract.
  • £28,792 Full Rate

About the Role:

In this role, as an ATG Operator, you’ll be the friendly face of Greater Anglia, delivering exceptional customer service while helping passengers travel smoothly and safely. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers at the gateline and ensuring the safe, tidy and efficient operation of the gates
  • Helping to prevent ticketless travel and fraudulent activity
  • Reporting any faults and issues promptly
