A insight about Held Health:
Held Health is a National provider of high-quality neurodevelopmental and mental health services for children, young people, and their families. With a strong presence across Devon and the South West, as well as clinics in London and Manchester our multidisciplinary team offers timely, compassionate care tailored to the complex needs of each child. We are clinically led, values-driven, and proud to be a Designated Body, supporting revalidation for doctors.
As we grow our clinical services, we are excited to appoint a medically qualified Clinical Lead for the ADHD pathway, ideally a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist or Paediatrician, to oversee and enhance the delivery of ADHD assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within our multidisciplinary team.

- Deliver high-quality diagnostic decision-making in line with NICE guidelines.
- Develop and review individualised treatment and support plans, including prescribing.
Team Development
- Supervise and mentor clinicians across disciplines.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new clinical staff.
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive team culture focused on reflective, trauma-informed practice.
Service Innovation
- Help shape service delivery models as we expand nationally.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to review, improve and scale our neurodevelopmental assessment offering.
Who We’re Looking For:
Essential
- Full registration with the GMC and licensed to practice in the UK.
- Experience in diagnosing and treating children and young people with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, multidisciplinary working, and best-practice neurodevelopmental assessment.
