We are seeking an Associate Agent to join THE VC BRAND.
This person will be running his or her OWN BUSINESS under the VC Brand.
We are looking for an agent who has experience in Estate Agency, ideally with Experience in Communication skills with a good Local Network of Connections.
Induction and ongoing training given.
Duties
· To grow their own estate agency business under the VC BRAND in the territory/area.
· Communicate effectively with clients and the general public to grow their business though various marketing strategies.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all files are organised and up to date.
· Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Qualifications
· Proven estate agency experience, sales experience and networking skills.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Proficient in using office software.
· Experience in valuations and gaining instructions.
