As our Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.
Who are You?

- You're keen to drive the financial performance of the business alongside the General Manager and the Management team to achieve The Old Frizzle's KPIs and budgets.
- Other qualities we highly value are the ability to bring the fun, ideas-a-plenty and great decision making.
- You’ll bring with you your previous relevant Supervisor/ Assistant Manager experience in a £15k + pub, bar or restaurant.
- Our ideal Assistant Manager candidate will have food-led and/or outdoor/garden experience. Previous experience working with sport whilst not essential, would also be highly advantageous.
This is a role where you will work in a fantastic, independent pub alongside a highly experienced General Manager as part of an established, brilliant team.
What we are offering
- A competitive salary up of £30,420- £33,420 based on your experience + tronc + Bonus
- Additional tronc/service payments – in region of a further £5.5K making OTE up to £38,920k
- Additional Assistant Manager bonus plan - £700 a quarter bonus pot
