Responsibilities
- Assist Centre manager to plan and organise the record centre's activities and classes
- Front Desk Work and Logistics
- membership Maintainence
- promotion through webpage and social media
Qualifications
Essential
- a good team player with positive attitude, good interpersonal relationship
- IT competent and proficiency in MS office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) , Google workplace, social media, Canvas , online meeting and other application
- Flexible and willing to work in non-office hours occasionally
- Above to do multi-task to manage busy workload and meet deadline
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
Desirable
- Degree or equivalent academic qualification
- Able to produce succinct correspondence and report
- Good numeracy skilll and to keep daily transaction and activity records
